Are the plans billed monthly?
No. Guio Esencial and Guio Impulso each have a one-time payment per person in your company. That payment unlocks the remaining modules; there are no monthly fees or subscriptions.
What does Guio Impulso add?
It includes everything in Guio Esencial, plus training sessions, two follow-up calls per month, human exercise review by the Guio team, help with questions and more personalized examples and practice. The rubric and graded exercises keep the same standard.
How are training sessions and calls scheduled?
Guio Impulso includes two follow-up calls per month. We schedule training and follow-up around your team’s actual pace: dates can fall in consecutive weeks or be adjusted if the team takes a break. We agree on the schedule with your company based on its progress and availability.
Do we need to speak to someone to register?
No. Create your account, verify your email and complete your company profile online. We use that information to prepare adaptations, and you can track their status in your company space.
Is this a different course?
No. It is the same program, with the same objectives and assessment criteria. Examples, scenarios and application practice are personalized to connect learning with your company’s work. The rubric and graded exercises stay the same.
What is adapted first?
We prepare examples and application practice for the first two modules. We also generate proposals for later modules: these are a roadmap for review, not newly published modules.
Who checks the quality of adaptations?
AI prepares the draft and Guio reviews it before publication. Pending, rejected or failed adaptations do not replace course content. Standard content remains available until approval.
Do we need to share confidential information?
No. Describe your activity, roles, tools and everyday tasks. Do not include customers’ personal information, passwords or internal documents. Examples use fictional data.
What does registering a company include?
Registration creates your company profile and starts preparing an adaptation. You can start with modules 0 and 1 for free and track the adaptation while we review it. Unlocking the remaining modules requires a plan with a one-time payment per person.
